Do not rely on Google's description of schedule.
I have one receptionist who may not be able to answer the phone at all times if she is busy with patients. Keep trying to call if you need to.

If you have an urgent issue go to a local urgent care clinic.  
​When you visit my clinic, anticipate being at the clinic for at  least one hour.
Do not come early for your appointments.
Your appointment time is not a guarantee that you will be seen at exactly that time, but is a confirmation that you will be seen that day. 
The nature of Family Medicine guarantees that delays will be frequent and you should not expect to be seen at your appointment time.
